Position Available
Casual Bartender – Restaurant Award Level 2
We're looking for a Casual Bartender to join the Pastuso team, with plenty of hours available as we head into our busy summer period:
Now–October:

This is a great opportunity if you're looking for consistent casual work now, with the opportunity to pick up close to full‐time hours over summer.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine and beer to a consistently high standard in a busy restaurant environment
Providing warm,



engaging service, confidently making recommendations and developing your knowledge of Pisco and Latin American spirits
Keeping the bar organised, stocked and running smoothly while working closely with the wider FOH team throughout service

What We're Looking For
Minimum
1–2 years' bartending experience
in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar or similar hospitality environment, with strong cocktail‐making skills and beverage knowledge
Confidence working efficiently behind the bar during busy services while maintaining quality, consistency and attention to detail
A current Victorian RSA and
availability to work ***** hours per week between November and February
