Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand - Maintenance, ideally a qualified Fitter or Boilermaker, to join our Wolffdene team and lead fixed plant maintenance with a robust commitment to safety and compliance.
You will manage 2–3 direct reports, coordinate contractors, perform maintenance tasks on fixed plant equipment, and conduct risk assessments under WHS standards, including confined spaces, dogging, rigging and EWP work, using tablets for reporting.
