Mercure Perth in Perth is seeking a strategically minded Business Development Manager to lead our commercial strategy for MICE and Group sectors on a full time basis. You will hunt for new opportunities, secure key corporate and MICE contracts, and maximize revenue across our event spaces and accommodations.

The role requires a proven BDM or senior sales track record in hospitality, with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills and a deep understanding of the Perth CBD conference
