Role Overview/n

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce transformations across Information Management, Integration & Data Architecture, and Multi-Cloud solutions.

/n

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations, enterprise architecture, complex integrations, modern UI technologies, and emerging GenAI / Agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities/n

/n

- Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and organisational strategy.

/n

- Lead Integration, Data Architecture and Multi-Cloud solution design.

/n

- Develop high-quality Solution Architecture and Low-Level Design artefacts covering architecture principles, integration patterns, data models, risks, constraints and recommendations.

/n

- Collaborate with Business, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Developers, Designers and Testers to drive solution decisions.

/n

- Guide Technical Delivery teams, review designs and provide technical troubleshooting support.

/n

- Design solutions for large-scale Salesforce environments involving high-volume transactions, high availability, complex integrations and customer lifecycle platforms.

/n

- Provide hands‑on technical guidance across Apex, LWC, LWR, Java Script, data modelling and Salesforce design patterns.

/n

- Recommend appropriate Low-Code vs Pro-Code approaches based on business and technical requirements.

/n

- Lead user journey preparation, user story reviews, fit-gap analysis and solution design.

/n

- Evaluate and recommend suitable Salesforce App Exchange products.

/n

- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and SI partners.

/n

- Support RFP analysis, proposals,



demos, POCs and pre‑sales activities.

/n

- Drive adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions.

/n

Must-Have Skills/n

/n

- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce / CRM technology.

/n

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications.

/n

- Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Development and LWR Sites.

/n

- Strong Apex, Java Script, LWC and Trigger Framework expertise.

/n

- Strong Salesforce Integration and Data Architecture experience.

/n

- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Current-Gen Omni-Channel and Digital Engagement including Chat, SMS, Voice and Whats App.

/n

- Strong understanding of Low-Code vs Pro-Code methodologies.

/n

- Experience architecting large-scale, highly integrated and high‑availability Salesforce solutions.

/n

- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and complex problem‑solving skills.

/n

- Design Thinking mindset.

/n

Good to Have/n

/n

- Marketing Cloud experience.

/n

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist / Agentforce Innovator Badge.

/n

- Experience with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions on Salesforce.

/n

- Experience in greenfield implementations and Salesforce enhancements.

/n

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Dev Ops, version control, environment and release management.

/n

- Experience in process re-engineering, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

/n

- Pre‑sales experience including RFP analysis, proposal creation, demos, POCs and defence presentations.
