Builder – Perth Metropolitan Area$180,000–$200,000 + Super | Company Vehicle | 12-Month Fixed Term | Renewal Opportunity

We are seeking a fully licensed and experienced Builder to join our team and take responsibility for managing residential and commercial construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of residential and commercial building projects, including:

- Managing construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Supervising and coordinating trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Leading and managing site teams to maintain a productive and skilled work setting
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Coordinating trades, materials, deliveries, and day-to-day site activities
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, workmanship, and site presentation
- Reading and interpreting building plans, specifications, drawings, and construction documentation
- Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving site issues and construction-related problems efficiently
- Monitoring project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines
- Ensuring all works comply with relevant Australian Standards, building regulations, codes, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional construction site
- Providing strong leadership and hands-on support throughout the construction process

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:





- Current WA Builder's Registration / appropriate WA building licence
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Perth building and construction industry
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to construction and site management
- A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
