THE ROLE

We need a full-time Receptionist and Property Officer to join our beautiful and busy office in Bathurst and progress to being a fully qualified Property Manager and, one day, if you choose, a successful real estate sales agent.

To start, you will be the public face or more often now ‘the voice ’, of an incredibly successful business as one of our Receptionists. This is a shared role with our existing receptionist, with a schedule of full and half days between you on reception to cover Monday to Friday. The remaining time each week, you will be learning about Property Management by providing administrative support for the Property Managers in the office and on site at our rental properties, conducting routine inspections. You will have the use of one of our cars when attending a property.

Structured training program

We have a proven structured training plan with significant training resources.

Firstly, you will need to complete the NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration. We will support you both financially and with coaching as soon as you start, as you will need this to answer property-specific enquiries as our receptionists.

SO WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

- You are a current or returning resident of the Bathurst area. Ideally, you are within a 30-minute drive from our office. Local knowledge is also helpful.

- You have a driver's license; P's are OK. You can use one of our cars to attend rental properties.

- A mix of administration, communication and systems abilities with a practical, mature attitude to work. How can you know if this could be you?
