This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Architect to take a key role within a highly regarded architectural practice delivering major data centre projects.

With an impressive range of projects, both current and upcoming, this role will position you as the studio's lead for Data Centre projects within a nationally based group who are highly regarded and active across multiple project sectors.

With a strong pipeline of technically complex work, they're keen to appoint an accomplished Architect with extensive experience across the design, documentation and delivery of hyperscale data centres.

Working closely with external clients, specialist consultants and internal project teams, you will help drive projects forward while ensuring design intent, technical requirements and demanding programme expectations are successfully achieved.

Responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating significant hyperscale data centre projects
- Working closely with external clients to lead operational, technical and commercial requirements
- Managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and complex project interfaces
- Overseeing design development, technical resolution and documentation
- Monitoring project programmes, deliverables and key milestones
- Identifying potential design and coordination issues before they affect delivery
- Providing transparent and confident advice to clients and project stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring architects and technical team members

To be considered, the following are skills and experience are essential:

- Extensive architectural experience specifically on data centres
- Strong understanding of the technical, operational and security requirements associated with mission-critical facilities
- Proven experience coordinating large and highly serviced buildings
- Excellent client-facing,



communication and presentation skills
- The confidence to lead meetings and work directly with sophisticated external clients
- Strong consultant coordination and project delivery capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-moving project environments
- Relevant architectural qualifications, with registration highly regarded

This is not simply a technical production role, it requires a knowledgeable and credible Architect with a track record in the Data Centre space. A professional who enjoys forging strong client relationships, can communicates complex information clearly and contributes at a senior level throughout the project lifecycle.

Long term, permanent position with an exceptional salary on offer in the range of $175,000 plus Superannuation and beyond.
