About the Role:
We are seeking a Graduate Speech Pathologist to launch their career with a friendly Paediatric Private Practice in South East Melbourne. Through a structured graduate program with 1:1 weekly supervision and mentoring, you will build your confidence supporting clients with a range of communication disorders varying across ASD/Autism, language difficulties, social difficulties, articulation, literacy and stuttering.

Work alongside teachers, support workers and other health care professionals to help achieve the best outcomes for clients and families, contribute to assessments and participate in team meetings. Enjoy the flexibility to develop your caseload around your interests and complete reports and admin work from home.
This is a permanent full-time position, but part-time (4 days) will also be considered. Versatile working is supported, including 4 long days with Fridays off.

About You:

- Completed (or soon to complete) Speech Pathology tertiary degree (essential)
- Full SPA registration or eligibility (essential)
- Current driver's licence and car (essential)
- Desire to learn and develop
- Caring interpersonal skills
- Proficient communication, organisational and computer skills
- Working with Children Check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia (essential)
