Éthos is a luxury trichology led hair and wellness clinic located in Brighton. We are looking for a warm, reliable and professional Head Spa Therapist to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating exceptional client experiences and has a genuine interest in wellness, hair and scalp health.

No qualifications are required. We place greater value on attitude, professionalism, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Experience in beauty therapy, hairdressing, wellness, massage or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.

Éthos was created to redefine the way people experience hair and scalp health. Our clinic combines advanced trichology with a luxurious wellness-focused environment designed by award-winning interior design studio Biasol. The clinic has also been featured in leading architecture and design publications including Local Project, ArchitectureAU and Indesign.

The Role

As a Head Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering our signature head spa experiences while ensuring every client feels welcomed, relaxed and cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

- Performing luxury head spa treatments





- Preparing treatment rooms between appointments

- Maintaining exceptional clinic presentation standards

- Creating a warm and welcoming experience for clients

- Assisting with general clinic operations as required

Availability

- Initially one shift per week

- Minimum 3-hour shift

- Additional shifts available as client demand grows
