What You'll Be Doing

As a Waterpark Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role across our rides and attractions operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily Waterpark operations.

- Coordinate team deployment, staffing allocations and roster management.

- Monitor attraction performance and operational readiness.

- Complete safety, compliance and operational documentation.

- Support incident management and emergency response procedures.

- Lead, coach and develop Waterpark Lifeguards and Attendants.

- Ensure compliance with Waterpark operating procedures, safety standards and child safety requirements.

- Conduct operational inspections, audits and pre-opening checks.

- Respond to guest enquiries and assist with issue resolution.





- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and help create the Best Day Out Ever.

- Support special events, seasonal activations, school holidays and peak trading periods.

- Work collaboratively with Guest Services, Hospitality, Wildlife, Waterpark and Maintenance teams.

- Is available to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays and peak seasonal periods.

What Is Expected of the Applicant?

- 5+ years' experience in aquatic or water-based operations.

- Strong demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience.

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.





- Confident decision-making abilities with excellent situational awareness.

- Comfortable completing documentation and following compliance-based processes.

- High level computer literacy and confidence using digital systems and reporting tools.

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and guest service.

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or willingness to obtain).

- Current Working With Children Check (required or willingness to obtain).

- Experience managing operational compliance, safety procedures or incident investigations highly regarded.

- Previous experience within theme parks, attractions, aquatic facilities, tourism or entertainment venues highly regarded.

- Reliable, positive and flexible, with availability to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays and major event periods.
