Full time Management Opportunity | Established Pub & Restaurant

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated manager to join our team at our established pub. If you take pride in providing great customer service and managing the staff and day-to-day operations of our pub restaurant, this role is for you!

About the role:

This is a full-time management position for someone who is ready to take on responsibility and become an important part of the operations of the venue.

You will help to oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, with support of the owner and staff.

We have sponsorship available for the role as well if successful.

What you’ll be doing:

- Rostering and payroll

- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering while keeping costings in mind

- Supporting and managing your staff

- Providing excellent customer service and leading by example

- Assisting with recruitment and staff training/induction where needed

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the venue





- Assisting with food and drink service where necessary, and supporting staff in upholding RSA regulations

- Working with the owner to improve and adapt venue operations where necessary

About you:

- Experienced in hospitality, with supervisory or management experience

- Confident, charismatic and creative, with strong team leadership skills

- 18+ with a valid RSA, and committed to upholding RSA standards

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently

- Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service

- Confident in making decisions and managing busy service periods

- Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers

- Able to travel to and from work via reliable transport

- Willing to be hands-on and lead by example
