About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Automotive Sales Representative to service an established territory across Melbourne's western suburbs and regional Victoria.

You'll spend your days visiting tyre and mechanical workshops, building customer relationships, maintaining customer stock levels and identifying opportunities to grow sales.

You'll take over an established and profitable territory with an existing customer base while continuing to grow the business through excellent customer service and new account acquisition.

A fully maintained company vehicle, stocked with product and set up as a mobile shop, is provided.

About the Role

Success in this role comes from consistency: visiting customers as scheduled, maintaining a disciplined routine and actively looking for opportunities to grow sales. Consistent customer visits build long-term customer relationships and trust.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their territory, actively looks for opportunities and takes pride in growing it over time.





This role involves regularly introducing yourself to new workshops and cold calling prospective customers. Confidence in speaking with new people is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Following an established customer run and visit schedule.

- Maintaining consistent call frequency across all customer accounts.

- Building strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Identifying opportunities to increase product range and sales within existing accounts.

- Prospecting for and opening current customer accounts.

- Accurately managing stock carried in your company vehicle.

- Loading, unloading and handling stock throughout the day.

- Providing outstanding customer service while representing All Tyre Supplies professionally.

The territory covers Melbourne's inner and outer western suburbs together with regional areas including (but not limited to) West Melbourne, Geelong, Melton, Ballarat, Warrnambool, Portland and surrounding districts.

You'll spend most of your working day driving between customer locations, with one overnight stay away from home each month.

To be successful you'll need:

- Previous sales experience and a genuine desire to succeed.

- Automotive or tyre industry experience (preferred but not essential).





- Show initiative and actively look for opportunities to improve customer relationships and grow sales.

- Confidence introducing yourself to new customers, cold calling and developing new business.

- A disciplined approach to following structured customer visit schedules.

- Comfortable spending most of your working day driving between customer locations.

- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 20kg several times a day.

- A current full Australian driver's licence.

- Medium-Rigid Driver’s license (can be acquired)

- Secure off-street parking suitable for a large company vehicle.
