1300 Meteor Rentals is a family-owned vehicle hire company with over 45 years in the industry. We specialise in commercial vehicles and operate across North Queensland, with branches in Townsville, Cairns, and Mount Isa.

We're on the lookout for a reliable, people-focused Allrounder to join our Mount Isa team. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be the face of the branch, delivering genuine customer service while keeping our fleet and operations running smoothly.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. As our Allrounder, you'll be the first point of contact for customers making sure every interaction is friendly, skilled, and efficient.

You'll also support all aspects of the branch operation.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming and serving customers at the counter,



over the phone, and by email

• Preparing rental agreements and processing payments accurately

• General administration and data entry to keep the branch running smoothly

• Conducting vehicle checks and presenting vehicles to company standard (cleaning and detailing)

• Ferrying vehicles for customers as needed

HOURS

This is a casual position with approx. 20 - 30 hours per week. Our branch operates during the following hours, availability across all days & weekends on rotation is required.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Weekends: on-call rotating roster

• Selected public holidays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
