What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead projects through every phase of design and delivery
- Shape design outcomes that are both architecturally compelling and deeply liveable
- Build trusted relationships with clients and become their strategic advisor
- Coordinate consultants, stakeholders, and project teams
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and delivery outcomes
- Champion documentation quality and technical excellence
- Undertake site inspections and administer contracts during construction
- Mentor emerging architects and contribute to studio culture
- Support continuous improvement across systems and project delivery
- Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships
