Part-time Sales Lead & Customer Support

Uniform Hero creates custom uniforms and branded apparel for sporting clubs, businesses and community groups. We’re looking for someone to help grow our customer base while giving our most valuable clients exceptional attention.

What you’ll do

- Follow up enquiries and turn interested prospects into customers

- Call potential customers and uncover current opportunities

- Build relationships with high-value clients and encourage repeat business

- Help develop outreach campaigns and sales materials

- Keep customer conversations organised and moving forward

- Bring ideas to improve how we find and convert customers

- Customer correspondence including emails and phone calls.

You’ll be a great fit if you

- Have exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Can sell naturally—by listening, understanding what people need and earning their trust

You’ll be based at our Coolum Industrial Park premises, working alongside our customer service and production team. The role is around 20 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are arranged.

The base rate is $40 per hour plus super, with potential bonuses available.
