KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a large team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
- The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
- The liaison between client and sub-contractor
- Assisting in the development of the project instructions
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Trade qualification as a Carpenter
- Experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors




- 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering similar projects
- Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labour
- Highly skilled in OH&S;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
