About the role

We're looking for an Interior Designer to join our established design team, working across both design and documentation to produce construction-issue plans for a wide variety of healthcare fitout projects. You'll be involved in projects from concept through to construction documentation, gaining exposure to a niche and rewarding sector of the industry. This role suits both entry-level designers looking to build a career in a specialised field, and experienced designers looking for their next challenge. You'll work alongside a design team with deep, industry-specific knowledge who are genuinely invested in passing that knowledge on.

Key responsibilities

- Produce design concepts and construction documentation for healthcare fitout projects (dental, medical, veterinary, radiology, and allied health)

- Prepare construction-issue plans and supporting documentation using Revit

- Collaborate closely with our design team, builders, and clients throughout the design and documentation process

- Contribute to space planning, material selection, and compliance-driven design specific to healthcare environments

- Support the design process from initial concept through to construction handover

About you

- Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

- Working knowledge of Revit (essential)

- Rendering experience (highly regarded, not essential)

- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in technical documentation





- A willingness to learn — healthcare fitouts involve specific codes, standards, and client requirements you'll be supported to master

- Positive communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team

- Entry-level candidates with strong Revit skills and a design portfolio are encouraged to apply; experienced candidates with a documentation and construction background are equally welcome
