About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated hospitality leader ready to take the next step in their career.

Our Club Supervisor – Food & Beverage and Gaming role is a unique opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience across two key areas of our operation. One day,



you could be leading the day-to-day operations of our expansive 500+ machine Gaming floor; the next, you could be coordinating our Food & Beverage operations across multiple bars and dining outlets.

This cross-functional role offers variety, responsibility and exposure to the broader Club operation, giving you the opportunity to develop into a versatile and well-rounded leader. For someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality management, this role provides an excellent foundation for future progression into roles such as Duty Manager.

As a frontline leader, you’ll play an important role in setting the standard for our teams, driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our operational, compliance and service standards are consistently achieved.

The role involves a wide-ranging roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to develop your leadership career within a large and diverse hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead from the front, setting the standard for exceptional hospitality and customer service.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations across Gaming and Food & Beverage.

- Lead, motivate, coach and support team members to achieve operational and service expectations.

- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG/ARCG, Responsible Gambling and Club requirements.

- Conduct team briefings, allocate duties and ensure effective shift coverage.

- Monitor staff performance, behaviours and presentation standards.





- Manage customer feedback, complaints and service recovery with professionalism.

- Complete incident reports and end-of-shift reporting.

- Support the ongoing training and development of team members.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance.

- Promote Club products, services and membership offerings.

- Identify opportunities to improve the member and guest experience.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, energetic and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to lead a team and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality.

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive, professional and hands-on approach to team leadership.

- The ability to remain calm, confident and solutions-focused under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Sound operational awareness and attention to detail.

- Experience with POS systems, cash handling and basic computer systems.

- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Current RSA and RCG/ARCG qualifications.

- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 operation.
