CBRE Group, Inc. in Melbourne seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-format retail assets, based at Springvale Homemaker Centre and supporting sites in Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes and Bendigo.
You will manage facilities operations and drive operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day includes contractor management, maintenance programs, capital works budgeting, site inspections, and risk and WHS compliance.
