ACCORD CARE is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist a participant in Braybrook, Victoria.
The role involves supporting a person with cerebral palsy, severe intellectual disability and dysphagia, with personal care, mobility, mealtime safety and daily living tasks.
You will follow participant support plans, clinical guidance, swallowing guidelines and emergency procedures, maintaining structured routines, accurate documentation and continuity of care within a supportive team.
