This part time role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant visitor focused environment while contributing to a positive first impression of our region.

The Visitor Information Centre operates 7 days per week with shifts rostered across the centres opening hours, including some weekends and public holidays,



making flexibility and reliability essential.

What you need to Succeed
Excellent customer service skills.
Solid local knowledge of Portland and surrounds.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Curious and enjoy learning.
