RMIT University in Melbourne is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role based at the Melbourne CBD campus. You will own incidents and enhancements, ensure high-quality user experience, and support Salesforce Service/ Sales Cloud and related eCommerce platforms.
