Shopfitter Needed

Your new company Hays is partnering with a well‐established shopfitting contractor known for delivering quality retail, commercial, hospitality, and office fit‐outs across Adelaide. Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced shopfitter to join their team.

As a Shopfitter, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of commercial fit‐outs, joinery, cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings across a variety of projects. Working alongside a skilled team, you will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Installing commercial joinery, cabinetry, and fixtures
n
Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
n
Shop and retail fit‐out installations
n
Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
n
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
n




Completing general shopfitting and carpentry duties
n
Maintaining a protected and organised worksite
n
Delivering quality workmanship within project timeframes
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Previous shopfitting experience (Essential)
n
Carpentry qualification or relevant carpentry experience highly regarded
n
White Card (Essential)
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
n
Experience using a range of hand and power tools
n
Robust attention to detail and quality workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
