Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a Commis / Demi Pastry Chef to join our pre-opening Culinary team on the Gold Coast, delivering artisan pastries and bakery items across the hotel venues.
You will work with pastry leadership to develop recipes, set up kitchen systems, and ensure safety, quality and presentation while mentoring junior colleagues in a quick-paced setting.
This hands-on role requires early mornings and weekend availability; ongoing working rights are required to join the team.
