Sage Wollongong is seeking a dynamic Casual Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will support the Restaurant, Bar and Events operations with hands-on cooking and strict quality standards.

You will contribute to menu planning, manage portions and waste, and lead by example in a rapid-paced, guest-facing environment, bringing creativity and a true passion for fresh local produce. Flexibility to work a rotating roster is required.
