Your Duties Will Include:

- Communicating with owners and tenants




- Managing your own portfolio of approximately 110 properties
- Completing lease renewals
- Booking and conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required
- Managing day-to-day property management responsibilities

About You:

- We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and ready to grow their career.
- Previous experience within property management is essential - Assistant / Admin / Receptionist experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is a must
- Current Queensland Driver License is a must
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become the best version of themselves
