The Role

Based in Chatswood, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-performing team and gain exposure to a global business.

Reporting into the commercial finance team, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making.

Your responsibilities

- Preparing and analysing monthly financial and management reports
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Conducting P&L; analysis, variance analysis and performance reporting
- Providing meaningful financial insights and commentary to key stakeholders
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
- Supporting financial modelling and analysis of business performance
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicating key findings
- Assisting with month-end activities and reporting requirements
- Contributing to process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
- Supporting ad hoc commercial analysis and finance projects

About You





We are looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working with stakeholders and turning financial data into meaningful insights.

- 2–5 years’ experience in Commercial Analysis, FP&A;, Management Accounting or a similar role
- Strong experience across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience within a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
