You’ll step into a high‑impact role with ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape the customer journey of our community with brands such as Hunt and Brew, Füll+, ProGo, Brownes Chill and Yogo when you join us as a Credit Officer.

Role Responsibilities:n

n
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed trading terms
n
- Follow up overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
n
- Prepare and maintain aged receivables reports and **escalate high‑risk or long‑outstanding debts**
n
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer claims, disputes, and payment discrepancies
n
- Verify pricing, rebates, delivery issues, and invoice accuracy
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account enquiries
n
- Provide clear,



professional communication regarding invoices, statements, and payment status
n

Requirements:n n
- Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field with professional experience
n
- Experience with JDE or SAP systems will be highly regarded
n
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite
n
