About the role
Our Store Persons put safety first! In fact, we all prioritise safety, ensuring that we Make It Protected and Make It Home. Store Persons are proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe, and take pride in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.
Duties
- Pick, pack, dispatch orders
- Meet deadlines
- Customer service
- Assist the team where needed
- Storeroom organisation and safety
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
Who we’re looking for
- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching
- High level of accuracy / attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
- Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
- Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
- Willing to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Passion to be the best and continually raise the standard!
