ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a specialist civil and structural contractor delivering water infrastructure for South East Queensland's water authorities — thin upgrades to existing treatment plants.

It's their lane, and they've been in it for a long time.

It's time they brought on an additions Site Foreman/Supervisor to add to the crew for a run of upcoming projects.

WHY THIS PROSPECT

This isn't a one-and-done gig. Our client sits on the panel for all Seqwater projects across South East Queensland, which means one project rolls into the next.

You're not signing up for a single gig that ends in a redundancy conversation six months from now — you're signing up for a pipeline.

You'll kick things off at Pine Valley,



working alongside the current supervisors for a few months before stepping onto your own patch. Consider it a proper handover, not a sink-or-swim start.

THE PROJECTS

- Now: Pine Valley — settling in, learning the client, learning the crew
- Late this year: Wivenhoe Dam
- Early next year: Ripley
- Ongoing: further Seqwater treatment plant upgrades throughout SEQ as they come up

WHO THIS SUITS

You've come up through a trade — that's non-negotiable — and you've picked up solid, broad experience along the way. Ideally you've had a hand in:

- Earthworks
- Pipework
- Concrete works and formwork
- Mechanical

You don't need to be the world expert in all four, but the more boxes you tick, the better this fits. You're someone who's comfortable running a site, not just working on one — keeping a crew moving, keeping the client happy, keeping the program on track.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

- Trade background (essential)
- Experience across earthworks, pipework, concrete/formwork and mechanical (preferred — the more the merrier)
- Willing to base out of Pine Valley initially, before rotating to Wivenhoe Dam / Ripley
- Legal right to live and work in Australia
