Job Description
Mars Incorporated in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator (Order to Cash) to lead end-to-end order processing, stock allocation, and billing. You will partner with Sales, Supply Planning, and Logistics to ensure On-Time, In-Full delivery and exceptional customer service in the Australian market.

The role requires a background in Customer Service or O2C within FMCG/retail, robust SAP experience, and solid Excel/Smartsheet data skills.
