Apollo Care is seeking a Full‑Time Admissions Officer in Australia to support the admissions journey from initial enquiry to arrival. You will be the main contact for prospective residents, families and external stakeholders, coordinating documentation, waitlists and communications.

You will work with the Residential Service Manager to optimise occupancy, maintain records, and provide explicit information throughout the process. A compassionate, organised approach is essential.
