In this role, you'll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Office for Health and Medical Research, helping ensure the efficient operation of a busy and dynamic office. Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues, you'll coordinate schedules, manage competing priorities, prepare correspondence and briefing materials, and support meetings and projects.

The role offers variety and exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and issues across the NSW Health system. You'll be part of a small,



collaborative team where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs and manage changing priorities will be highly valued.

- Managing the Executive Director’s diary, appointments, invitations, and stakeholder enquiries, redirecting requests as appropriate.
- Preparing a range of high quality written materials, including meeting agendas and minutes, and correspondence.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to share information and support effective collaboration.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.




- Ability to manage a range of executive and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
