SMILES Toowoomba is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
We'll start you on a casual basis for a few days each week while you settle into the role, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position as the role grows.
Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
Maintaining high standards of infection control
Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
Providing friendly and professional patient care
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming clinical setting
Qualifications




You'll be an experienced Dental Assistant with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting your team.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
