Lead $15M+ fitout & refurbishment projects with a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial / workplace outcomes.We're partnering with an established construction group to appoint aSenior Project Managerto take ownership of majorfitout / refurbprojects (typically$15M+) from early planning through to delivery and handover.
The role
Managing program, procurement, design coordination and construction delivery
Leading site and delivery teams (PMs / CAs / SMs / foremen as applicable)
Driving subcontractor performance, EOT management and risk mitigation
Commercial management: cost control, variations, reporting and forecasting
Stakeholder management across client-side reps, consultants and authorities
Ensuring HSEQ compliance and strong site governance
What we're looking for




Demonstrated experience as aSenior Project Manager / Project Manageronfitout and/or refurbishment projects valued $15M+
Strong builder-side delivery background acrosscommercial fitout, refurb, upgrades, staged works, live environments
Solid contractual and commercial capability (head contract & subcontracts)
Confident leadership style with solid communication and reporting
Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering or similar)
