Job Description
NSW Government in Sydney is seeking a Dayforce Specialist (Configuration) to lead post-go-live optimisation of a newly deployed Dayforce platform.
You will drive backend configuration for WFM and Payroll and collaborate with internal teams to adapt pay groups and rulesets to match EA requirements.
You will perform hands-on configuration, support pay group setups, time-and-attendance rules, penalties, and allowances, and help troubleshoot issues while implementing platform enhancements.
