About the Role
As a Production Line Operator, you will operate and monitor machinery, assemble products, and maintain a smooth workflow across the production process. You’ll follow safety procedures, perform quality checks, and work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production line equipment
- Assemble, sort, and package products according to specifications
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Comply with all WHS and company safety procedures
About You
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical or machine-operating ability is a plus
