The Salvation Army is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our Bundaberg team in a part time capacity. You will provide practical, emotional and crisis support in a 24/7 residential setting, helping young people access housing, education, employment and health services.

Essential requirements include a Diploma in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline, Queensland Driver Licence, Blue Card, First Aid, and willingness to work across a 24/7 roster.
