Victoria Racing Club (VRC) is seeking casual Section Waiters to join the 2026 Melbourne Cup Carnival and Cox Plate at Flemington Racecourse. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service across premium dining rooms, marquees, private suites and bars, supporting world-class hospitality experiences during iconic race days.

Ideal candidates will have F&B; service experience, solid wine knowledge and RSA, with a passion for guest service, excellent communication, and flexibility to work key
