Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite rooftop Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts every guest in out-of-office mode. We're part of the Tilley & Wills Hospitality Group, an independent, multi-award-winning hospitality group with over 30 years of experience running some of Sydney and Brisbane's most iconic venues. We don't do average — we do bold concepts, great food, show-stopping events, and a team culture worth bragging about.

We're on the hunt for a Casual Waiter to join our floor team and help keep the fiesta going — approx. 20 hours a week, working across a busy à la carte service in one of North Sydney's most-loved venues.

What you'll be doing:

- Bringing energy and warmth to every guest interaction, from walk-ins to functions
n




- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing smoothly
n
- Maintaining section standards and picking up on what guests need before they ask
n
- Jumping in wherever the floor needs you — because in hospo, that's just how it goes
n

- Current NSW RSA
n
- A genuine love of hospitality and pride in great service
n
- Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and great with people
n
- Availability across a casual roster, including weekends
n
