We are seeking an outstanding educational leader to join the Henley Campus Leadership Team as Director of Senior School – Learning and Futures.
This significant leadership role oversees the Years 10-12 curriculum, SACE achievement, assessment and reporting, subject selection, careers education, VET, work experience and pathways beyond school. The Director works closely with students, families, staff, tertiary providers and industry partners to ensure every young person is empowered to discover and pursue their own pathway to success.

As a member of the Henley Campus Leadership Team, the successful applicant will lead curriculum innovation, drive student achievement, support teaching excellence and work collaboratively with Leaders of Learning to continually enhance learning outcomes across the Senior School.

Working alongside the Deputy Principal Learning and Achievement,Director of Middle School Learning and Engagement, and Leaders of Learning, the successful applicant will play a key role in curriculum development and innovation in readiness for the opening of our landmark three-storey STEAM Centre in Term 4, 2027. This transformational facility will create new opportunities for interdisciplinary learning, industry engagement and future-focused pathways for students.

Evidentiary Requirements
At least 5 years leadership experience
Change Management experience with demonstrated leadership capability
Registration or eligibility for registration with the South Australian Teachers Registration Board
Teacher Accreditation (Catholic Education SA)
Current and acceptable Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA
Current valid Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate
Completion of Required Core Training programs prior to, or as soon as possible after appointment
Relevant experience in a similar role
Membership of, or engagement with, curriculum and assessment related professional associations
