About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
Your contribution will include:
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy and currency of the HBCIS Doctor Database through regular review, validation, cleansing and updating of practitioner records.
- Undertake routine and ad hoc data quality activities, including identifying, investigating and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicate records, incomplete information and other data quality issues in the HBCIS Doctor Database.
- Compare and reconcile practitioner information across multiple clinical, corporate and external information systems to identify new, departing and changed practitioner records, ensuring information is maintained accurately and consistently.
- Review, analyse and validate data and reports to identify trends,
anomalies and opportunities for data quality improvement, escalating issues where appropriate.
