Office Coordinator

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our team in a key administrative and support role.

Reporting to the Program Office Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting employees, visitors, suppliers and service providers. The Office Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, helping to maintain an organised, professional and productive workplace environment.

The Office Coordinator will play an important role in coordinating office administration activities, managing documentation and records, supporting communication processes, and ensuring office resources and supplies are effectively maintained. The role also oversees reception activities, meeting coordination and visitor management to deliver a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

This role would suit an experienced administration qualified with strong organisational skills,



excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, building positive relationships with stakeholders and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and office facilities coordination will be highly regarded.

The position also works closely with service providers, contractors and vendors to ensure office facilities remain safe, clean and fully functional. In addition, the Office Coordinator will support Workplace Health and Safety initiatives, compliance activities and emergency preparedness processes to help maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
