Converge International is seeking committed trauma management professionals to provide rapid response services for clients across Australia. The role involves Psychological First Aid, crisis counselling, and group sessions, with flexible on-site or home-based arrangements.

Candidates should have 3+ years in trauma management or related consultancy, plus qualifications in Behavioural Sciences and qualified registration. A current driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
