Our metropolitan Adelaide team is seeking a Lead Project Officer to create and oversee projects within the Placement Services Unit (PSU). Working in a part-time capacity at 30 hours per week, you will provide dedicated leadership to deliver complex tasks in a timely and professional manner. Your expert knowledge will be highly beneficial in assisting DCP Executive and associates across government agencies to sustain robust stakeholder engagement. Immerse yourself in a collaborative role that shapes performance outcomes and organisational goals for the department.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of projects to attain quality outcomes for clientele
- Organise cohesive and detailed reports, memos, letters and briefings within designated timeframes
- Uphold exemplary customer service when consulting with an array of internal and external stakeholders
- Enhance staff competence through professional development opportunities and dedicated support
- Employ innovative and impactful strategies to heighten service wide operations.

About you:

- You possess sound experience in leading and executing effective projects
- You can work autonomously and collaboratively to fulfill workload obligations
