OVERVIEW NEXUS English College is hiring a part-time ELICOS Student Recruitment Coordinator based in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on supporting student enrolment growth through business development, education agent engagement, partnership development, and promotional activities within the international education sector. This position combines recruitment, stakeholder management, marketing support, and student services responsibilities in a professional and culturally diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and pursue current student recruitment opportunities in the ELICOS market, both onshore and offshore
- Develop and maintain relationships with education agents, partners, and stakeholders to increase student enrolments
- Identify, approach, and appoint new education agents in target markets
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, responding to enquiries, and participating in client meetings
- Coordinate and deliver marketing and promotional activities to raise the profile of NEXUS English College
- Research, develop, and implement new products that support customer needs and business growth
- Engage and collaborate with industry bodies, professionals, and stakeholder groups to support business objectives
- Plan, coordinate, promote, and deliver education-related activities including information sessions, expos, workshops, and campus engagement initiatives
- Represent the College at education fairs, seminars, exhibitions, and sector events
- Develop and maintain university, vocational education,



and pathway partnerships
- Provide student services and perform basic administrative functions
- Monitor ELICOS market trends, visa and regulatory developments, competitor activity, student demand, and recruitment patterns
- Contribute to recruitment, enrolment, sales, and growth targets

Requirements

- Experience in student recruitment and business development within the ELICOS sector
- Demonstrated success generating student enquiries, developing agent relationships, and converting opportunities into enrolments
- Established network of education and migration agents, particularly across onshore and offshore markets, is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing
