Job Description
Regis Aged Care requires a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operational and technical leadership across a portfolio of aged care homes in Victoria and Tasmania.
You will ensure facilities are secure, compliant, reliable and fit for purpose, overseeing infrastructure, services and contractor performance.
Key qualifications include 10+ years in facilities mgmt within regulated settings and robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, hydraulics and life-safety systems.
