Phillip Island Winery in Ventnor, VIC is seeking an experienced Trade Waiter for a full time front-of-house role.
You will welcome guests, present menus and wine lists, and deliver attentive service in a premium hospitality setting.
You will have robust customer service, knowledge of food and wine pairings, and the ability to communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams.
Prior winery or premium hospitality experience is preferred, plus AQF Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent.
