Our established Chartered Accounting Practice in Nedlands is seeking an experienced Senior Reviewer to become a key member of our leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled accountant who wants to remain technically focused while playing an influential role in shaping the quality, capability and success of our Firm.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Reviewer, you will be recognised as a technical leader within the Practice, working closely with our Directors, Senior Managers and accounting team to ensure the highest standards of compliance, advisory and client service.

You will provide guidance, mentorship and technical expertise across a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review financial statements and taxation compliance work across individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships and SMSFs.

Provide technical support and guidance to accountants at all levels.

Mentor, coach and develop junior and intermediate team members.

Support Directors with quality assurance and risk management initiatives.





Contribute to the firm's technical knowledge base and continuous improvement programs.

About You

You are likely an experienced Senior Accountant, Manager or Review Manager, maybe looking to transition to retiring but want to maintain your technical knowledge, or perhaps been out of the workforce and wanting to re-join, who enjoys solving complex problems, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in their quality of work.

You will ideally possess

CA or CPA qualification.

At least 7+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting or public practice environment.

Strong technical taxation and accounting knowledge.

Experience reviewing financial statements and income tax returns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
