The role provides crisis intake, information and referral, and supports SHS with administrative tasks to deliver consistent, quality services to young people and their families.
Key duties include crisis response, information sharing, and collaboration with the SHS Team Leader to improve processes while maintaining solid partnerships with service providers in the Hunter region.
